Pictures did not match the state of the room or hotel. Pool was green.... Everything was pretty much in disrepair. Bed was tolerable and tv sort of worked .

Liked the history of the property and convenience to downtown. The night staff at the lobby desk were nice. Just place was very dated and needed work. No light covers over plugs on my side of bed. Found dead roaches behind end tables and under bed. 2 giant ones that were still alive on the bathroom shower curtain.

Wasn't a great place to stay imo. The facility was dated, my curtain had a tear/hole, ac unit is loud, room small, bathroom felt very old. Price was cheap, relatively close to downtown though, and it didn't feel like a dangerous neighborhood.

The management did not address our concerns when we checked in. The hot tub was dirty and disgusting. There were absolutely dirty filthy towels that were folded up and placed for reuse, the Television didn't work and several building code violations throughout including exposed /incomplete electrical wiring. I went to the front desk and asked for corrections and was assured it would be addressed while we went out for dinner. It was not and when we came back I was told they had nobody to correct anything. We went to sleep in disgust, did not shower and went to speak with the manager in the morning. The staff agreed all of the items were unacceptable and told me that I was the one who broke the TV and dirtied the towels- until he realized I was recording in anticipation of his reaction. He then directed me to speak with the maanager "Jig" at 11am by phone. Surprise, no manager available. I called back at 3 and asked for Jig again and then he hung up on me. He then refused to pick up the phone. I wasnt seeking a credit or refund. I just wanted these items corrected. When they weren't, I then was expecting a credit, which I don't think is unreasonable since we paid more for the Hot Tub Suite that we wouldn't use because it was disgusting.

First off when I went to our room it looked like spit balls on the wall and in the bathroom ceiling. I realized that they were put there to cover holes in the ceiling and wall. The staff members were unprofessional and rude. my battery died and ask one of the staff if she knew anyone that could give me a jump and her reply was "What are gonna pay?" I said "what?" Her reply was " no one will do that crap ( she used foul language) for free here." I had employees enter my room without permission twice. I found a man laying in the parking lot one morning and he was unresponsive. I went to the office and told the employee and he came out and slapped the guy in the face, he was still unresponsive. I told him he needed to call 911 as he had labored breathing as well as being unresponsive. He didn't want to, but I insisted, so he did. Some of residents that live there were unruly there was verbal fighting multiple times when I stayed there. Also it is in a very bad neighborhood.

I would not recommend this place. They hadn’t cleaned because there was a actually half smoked cigarette in between the bed and table. The shower was dirty and there was a roach in there.. Half of the outlets didn’t work. The pool looked dirty. They had no continental breakfast or coffee on site as promised in the listing. They were hesitant to provide us with more towels when we needed them. Terrible experience

The jacuzzi didn’t work. Wasted money
I rented the king room just for the jacuzzi and paid quite a bit for it. The jacuzzi didn’t work. I could have booked a room without a jacuzzi for half the price if I wasn’t going to be able to use it. Also there were roaches.

Me and my husband first time visit Nashville for business trip for 3 night.Super disappointed for the service specifically one of staff in the frontdresk.Who ever hire one of Indian girl staff in the front desk low standard in service, upon check in she told us why are we staying there, I say why not,we are on a rush to go out that’s why we just left our luggage in the room quickly and go.We come back 10pm when we find out the bed line have lot of small hair and duvet top cover has a old blood and cigarettes burn hole, my husband call front desk at 11pm told about it we find out same front desk,Indian girl don’t care at all he just say I will report to my manager and hang up the open.Our first morning around 11am room attendant knock our door for room service we told to housekeeping if she can come in the afternoon as we just about getting ready to go out but when we back in the evening around 11am our room is not clean,we came again to front desk same girl she say she forget to inform the manager or housekeeping,it because we are so tired we just ask if she can give us linen and we will do it our self she say they don’t have any extra linen,and she offer us a room but the room is super smell cigarette,that’s why we don’t agree to move the room. We ask the Indian front desk please make sure clean our room tomorrow morning,same things our room is not clean,she say she forget and housekeepers is not allowed to clean if the guest not in the room big liar,not recommend this Plac
