「This has become one of my favorite places to stay in Napa. It’s beautiful and the staff are phenomenal. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us and gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. We also received a bottle of champagne for our anniversary! I definitely recommend the Mansion Estate suites - the other rooms are just okay! 」

「It is located in central Napa. Hotel staff upgraded room for us and we are very appreciated.」

「The management of this hotel is appalling. Before I checked in, I filled out the 6 PM room service according to the form given by the front desk, but they were not only 30 minutes late but the fruit was still rotten. And their dinner delivery system is not cheap and not worth it. The service charge adds up to $20 but they just deliver the food to the door and walk away. They also charge vacation fees! There was a problem with the bath's massage system and we had to turn off the bath to prevent...
