"I recently stayed at this hotel and found the room layout to be quite unique, which added a special touch to my experience. However, I felt that some of the space was not utilized effectively, leading to a bit of wasted room. On the positive side, parking was very convenient, making it easy to access my vehicle whenever needed. One downside, though, was that the hot spring facilities were located across another building. During winter, this made it somewhat inconvenient to enjoy the amenities. Overall, while the hotel has its strengths, there are areas that could use improvement for a more seamless experience."

"A prefect place for short getaway, spacious room and excellent dinning experiences. All service staffs offer great hospitality. The onsen facilities offer in and outdoor bath, iced sake also available to enjoy after bath. KAI is now one of my new favourites. Highly recommended."

"Location is good and a convenient store is only 100m from the hotel. Clean and spacious. However no electric water pot provided. We need to take water from the reception area that closed after 23:00. Maybe this is a personal preference and hygiene issue, I prefer a normal and traditional blanket rather than a bed sheet on top with a bed cover. "
