"Great location,good bed and pillows. So close to shopping Mall. Good staff. A kettle in the room would be a great addition. There is a hot water machine in reception,but by the time you get back to your room it's no longer A hot drink."

"Apartments were absolutely ok compared to price. Location was given wrongly by ebookers. Apartment was NOT in City Center but a few km outside (even further than Central Department Store). Finding it and communication with staff (that neither knew about our booking nor spoke an English) was only ..."

"Der Service des Hotelpersonals war excellent. Jederzeit konnte man auf die Hilfe des Hotels zählen. Sehr freundlich und immer absolut korrekt. Zimmerservice war ausgezeichnet. Ich werde nächstes Jahr wieder dieses Hotel buchen."
