「Nagenoeg iedere week overnacht ik in hotels en over het algemeen ben ik positief, maar dit hotel was uitzonderlijk teleurstellend, slechte service tegen een belachelijk hoge prijs, 138,- euro per nacht inclusief ontbijt. 「THE WORST PLACE EVER IN MY LIFE! In the morning I noticed that I got bitten by a bug. But I never knew what it was. I went back to my home and for few weeks I found my skin is so itchy, and I found the bed bugs. This ruined my weeks and it cost a lot to call the expert to disinfect everything at my house. I am 100 percent sure that it came from here because I have never exprienced this before. JUST DONT GO THERE.」

「I is really great hotel within beautiful part of Tatry. Rooms on both sides offer lovely views, spa area is clean and fantastic to relax. 「Very clean accommodation and had everything we needed while staying there. Plenty of wardrobe space, the bed was very comfortable and the shower amazing! Hosts were lovely and quickly responded to any questions, and always helpful. We used their service to pick us up from the airport and back again, which was extremely handy. 「The stay was enjoyable overall, good food and nice place, clean kids area, very beautiful surroundings. However, we had a few issues. Our room was full of insects. Very huge bugs which are spread around the whole area where the hotel is located were constantly appearing in the room. The water in the pool could be warmer, especially for the kids area.
