The front desk was nice upon checking in. The resort was steady but not overcrowded.
The parking across a busy street was an inconvenience. This is avoidable staying somewhere else a few blocks down.
The access to the beach from the north tower required walking past the loading and laundry side of the resort, which was very noisy and busy from active maintenance/construction.
The junior sweet had a few noticeable issues:
1. The cover to the card reader was missing
2. The lock to the dining room balcony was broken, meaning the sliding door could not stay shut.
3. The whole suite had a musty smell, suspected from soft furniture and smoke stains on the ceiling (although we requested non-smoking)
3. No napkins or paper towels provided in the kitchen, and only 1 fork, 2-3 spoons, no hand or dish soap. We were very limited by this when eating in.
4. Bed sheets had noticeable stains
5. Hard surfaces in the bed & bathroom were noticeably dirty. Housekeeping only changed the trash and replaced towels.
6. The curtain rods on both balcony windows were not attached.
