The staff (i believe he was Ricardo)was incredibly helpful in helping us get to our ship the next day when our ship had changed ports. I would definitely go back to experience the city of Chioggia and stay at this pretty hotel when it was not raining buckets! "

"The property is simply amazing! The rooms are spacious with vaulted ceilings and very nice bathrooms—with super good water pressure. We also loved the spiral staircase around the elevator with windows that had views of the property. It’s a nice way to get a little bit of exercise. The free breakfast had every breakfast option imaginable. "

"The hotel property is lovely and very well located 5-10 min walk from Accademia Bridge, 2 grocery stores: a small (but very well stocked) market and a larger supermarket, as well as to the Peggy Guggenheim museum and the Basilica Santa Maria della Salute. The hotel was also incredibly clean -- one of the cleanest I've been in in the past 4 years! "This was my first time in Venice and I couldn't have picked a better hotel. It's a beautiful, historic building a few minutes from the Academia Art Gallery and vaporetto stop, as well as the Accademia Bridge. It's incredibly handy for the Grand Canal but is situated in a quiet district. The staff are all very pleasant, the rooms are clean and nicely furnished and the breakfast is first class. Highly recommended!"
