「When we checked into our room, there was a layer of dust on all the furniture and on the floor. There were food crumbs and sticky residue on the foot stool as well as on the towel racks. The walls had holes in them and the refrigerator didn’t work. I cannot express how disappointed I am in this experience. 」

「Very acceptable hotel in walking distance from the Geisinger hospital. I can't imagine any other reason one would stay there. Front desk clerk was perfectly welcoming. Water in the AM was as hot as any could want. Dove hygiene products are a step above the usual chain hotel fare. Room HVAC kept room comfortably warm during a single digit cold snap. Would certainly stay there again when a visit to Geisinger is in order.」

「It was a comfortable stay. I did ask for a rollaway bed and was told they would ask if they had any and then never heard from him. It was only a one night stay so I did’t bother to call and ask again. Other than that we loved it. 」
