「Upon checkin they told us they forgot to block the room we had booked and that the room was already taken. They proceeded to drop us at another hotel which seemed awful compared with the one we had paid for. I asked for shampoo and conditioner which were inherently available at the original hotel I had booked and this idiot of a guy got cheap soap bars delivered to my and my dad’s rooms!!! The bedsheets weren’t changed at all during the 4 days I stayed there and the staff gave my dad a hard time...

「It is a nice small 4 season hotel. It was located in the central of Mumbai with a slump just next to it. It is quite an experience. What I want to say is that the room is clean and nice as usual 4 seasons standard. conceiage will go over the distance to make you feel comfortable. You will be surprised of the area it was located, but as India as it is, it is always the mix of things that makes the trip fun, will definitely stay again.」

「Amazing stay from start to finish. The hotel has a great vibe and the staff were fun, friendly and very attentative. Special mention to Hammad, Anmol, Ashok and Sakina in the restaurant, and Krutarth in housekeeping. The room was super clean and quiet and had a nice view. Breakfast spread was fantastic each morning. I arrived early on my check-in day, so while I waited for the room to be ready, had the GOAT lunch at the restaurant, which was so good I came back most days for lunch - chef...
