「If you would like to experience living in a 400 year old cottage, with many original features, surrounded by so much beauty and peacefulness, then this is the place for you! I cannot recommend it enough. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by hens and cats. We were then shown to our ‘living area’, bathroom and upstairs - a double bed and bunk beds. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful. There were so many extras included - books, binoculars, tea/coffee/hot chocolate/fresh...

「Arrive a little before 3.00pm , 2.15pm, no parking in front due to Construction activity. No access into building prior to 3.00pm -door locked and sign hanging on door saying "Gone to Pub" . Place was a building site and about 15miles from Ripon !!」

「Perfect location and we loved the spacious rooms around the restaurant and bar as we had our dog with us. The staff in the evening were amazing when we were having ‘one last drink’ in the lounge. They helped others with eating places still open and even rang them to expect orders. Breakfast is top quality and very well cooked. This stay, our room needed some TLC. The radiator has seen better days, as has the carpet and the bath/shower combo only suits the super flexible due to the very high step...
