「Awesome clean space. Family friendly 」

「The room was clean and the inn was very peaceful and quiet, but there were problems with the furniture and a weird smell when me and my family entered the room. The water in the shower was taking a long time to drain, the mirror was cracked, there were stains on the curtains, and pieces of the table were chipped off. Breakfast was also plain and they did not have many options to choose from. 」

「The original room that i had booked was unavailable at check-in, so i was given an "upgrade". The room was in a convenient location from the exterior door, however it was in need of some maintenance. Both showers had large cracks in the tile and one of the mirrored closet doors was cracked. To get hot water, the water had to run for 5 minutes and then it never got really hot, just slightly above tepid. The noise from the floors above, flushing toilets and showering was extremely loud. 「We asked for a different room because the first was too far to walk as I am handicapped and forgot to mention when booking. They switched without issue. The bed was incredibly comfortable. It was quiet and super clean. All the toiletries were provided. I barely had to unpack anything but my toothbrush and pajamas. They were very pet friendly and my 2dogs were very happy 」

「Good hotel between the airport and the Tahoe resorts. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and modern. Rooms are well laid-out and comfortable. No noise issues. There is plenty of parking outside and some restaurants within walking distance. My only suggestion would be to add more fruit and vegetables options at breakfast. 」
