This property is nice, but everything is automated. During your stay you will never see a front desk person or any person that can assist. All communication/issues are communicated by phone and/or text. There are not physical keys to use. Instead there is a Latch app that you download and use to enter the parking garage, elevator and room/apartment, etc. It takes some time to get used to and not all of the entries & exits are listed logically. For our group, we all used one login and password, just FYI. Not sure we would stay here again, we realized how nice it is to have actual people to talk with at a typical hotel if you have an issue.
