「On check in the concierge was very friendly and personable. Once in our room we were aware that one of the fire detectors was chirping- low battery. We called the desk and within 20 minutes we had a response. All resolved. Slept soundly throughout the night. 」

「Room heat unit did not fit in space correctly. Alot of cold air came through the space, even when I pushed in the unit to fit. Noisey room refrigerator. 」
