「This is one of the best places I ever stayed at. If you like a rainforest, / jungle setting, then this is by far one of the most peaceful, beautiful areas you could go to. Amazing staff and a overall fantastic experience. I picked it from expedia, and I am very glad I did. The grounds are beyond amazing, with its flora and beautiful pool and cabins. Nothing could have been better and I will be returning soon.」

「Beautiful property, lovely experience but also not what we expected. I would consider this more of a working ranch than a resort, as we felt like it's more setup for locals to Belmopan and cowboys than it is to the average traveler. Nice food, good overall value. Kind of a strange cowboy guy who apparently owns the property who was a little overly friendly to my girlfriend out of the blue. However seems that locals love him and have good things to say. If you're up for something a bit different...

「Beautiful property and the staff are friendly and professional. The resort was able to accommodate us on short notice when our previously booked lodging cancelled due unforeseen circumstances. 「If you are looking for a jungle stay then this is the place! The staff is so friendly and helpful!!! Fred was the best. He was so knowledgeable and gave us advice on places to go and see. Slight caveat: there is a dirt road leading up to the hotel and can get washed out. There is a back up road. Make sure to ask the hotel about the back up road before traveling there. 」

「Beautiful property and really awesome villa! There were so many tropical plants and flowers around the property and villa. It felt very peaceful and private. It was a very unique experience being in the villa because it’s all open floor plan with only screens separating you from the forest. 「Gaia was a wonderful place to enjoy the jungle side of Belize. The staff was very responsive and assisted me with transfer from Belize City and back. There was an extra charge for this service.
