「The stay was amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside was how diabolical the hotel was at replying to messages or phone calls about the transfer from the airport that they offer. It took 3 weeks for them to reply and when they replied, I replied within a few hours to book the transfer and still no message or phone call to this day. Rooms are clean and tidy. Amazing view from the top floor of the platinum building with sea view.」

「Fantastiskt läge. Rummet uppfyllde det som bokats med vidunderlig havsutsikt. Trevlig och serviceminded personal som hämtade både oss och vårt bagage från parkeringsplatsen som ligger utanför stadsmuren. 「It was a nice hotel, but the ad on Expedia isn't accurate. The "spa" was only two hot tubs on the roof that were out of order. There was no sauna like in the pictures, and no massages or anything offered. Also, the "second pool" was just the shallow section of the one, not especially large pool. I should also mention that the wifi and the main power to our room kept shutting off. I don't know if this was a problem for the whole city or just our hotel, but it went on for the entire trip and...
