It was the worst experience being woken up by the sound of a jack hammer outside your window at 8am. To be told that the maintenance manager is not prepared to stop the contractor because they are being paid for the full day. My question was dis we not pay for our room as well? This sort of attitude should not be tolerated in a service delivery business and your customers comfort needs to be top priority. They should've contacted each guest in advance to inform that they will have construction equipment being operated over this period. But once again this was shown not to be important enough.

Had a great stay at the hotel for 9 nights while holidaying in Mossel Bay. Conveniently adjacent to Pinnacle Point Golf Club. Highly recommended.

I received no assistance with my baggage and when I asked I was told this is due to covid restrictions. everywhere else I stayed I got assistance though. Bravo restaurant is very short-staffed, you have to wait ages before being assisted
