「The staff was very welcoming and made a great start to our stay! We were kind of thrown off when we walked into our room and there was a very strong defuser type smell that was really overpowering. The smell even lingered on our clothes the day after we left. The room itself was nice and spacious but sadly the smell dampened our view on it…」

「The receptionist Kareen was very welcoming. Offered me a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice and two freshly backed cookies. My complimentary bottle of wine has a defective cap that was impossible to open. She immediately brought a new bottle to my room. The jetted tub was amazing. The location was great and being so close to the beach master easy to locate the hotel. The receptionist truly loves her job and goes the extra mile to make sure the guests have everything they need. Great stay 」

「Met expectations. Clean, quiet, secure. Its in walking distance to the old town, St Lazarus church and in view of the old fort. Self check-in was easy. Parking is a bit of a free-for-all. There were no marked spaces left so I parked on a narrow street but it didn't seem to be an issue. 」

「The hotel is in a good location. We spent our vacation in the winter time so there was no trouble in parking at all. Breakfast is nice and Rich relatively to a European breakfast. However otherwise don't order the pizza in the dining restaurants. Sitting on the bar the drinks were excellent. But beyond all the staff was really nice and trying to do the best they can」

「The room setting, service and light breakfast were very good. It was only the toilet odour in our room that we dislike most. We followed the hotel instruction of throwing toilet paper into the dustbin instead of toilet. The unpleasant odour might come from the toilet paper in dustbin or the sewage pipes. Other than this problem, we are very satisfied with the room.」
