「The resort is ver well staffed- there is always someone to assist with anything you need. They make good use of the very tiny beach but once you are in the resort you are a captive audience- nothing close by for eating, drinking, shopping, etc. we had a car but traffic was challenging and you certainly are not going to drive after a few beers 😳」

「Reception/check-in was pleasant and professional. Zenitude Hotel is divided in two main sections: Clipper and Residence Salako. I was in Clipper. This section requires a lot of renovation and clean-up. The bathroom was unbelievably dirty. There was mouldy grime between the tiles in the shower cubicle and the bathroom floor.I had to buy AJAX and a scrubbing brush to clean it off. The room was not so bad. The cleaning staff was very pleasant and efficient - they made do with whatever they had or...

「Such fantastic, straight-forward service. Easy check-in, daily room cleaning that smelled amazing, and the grounds were impeccable. I could not have asked for more, I travel frequently and this hotel has the best, bed, pillows, sheets and bathroom. I have nothing negative to say. It was perfection. 」

「Lovely location and the quiet beach was good with enjoyable swimming and snorkling The facilities and service were a bit underwhelming. The breakfast restaurant is expensive and the bar not open and the beach restaurant not open each day. Housekeeping didn't always happen without asking. 」
