I booked this trip over a month in advance. Upon arriving, we were told that we had no reservation and had to produce information. I did. We were placed in a small double room and made to pay a PREMIER room price. The next day we had to discuss with the owner the same info. She eventually changed our room to a PREMIER room which had been booked. We were givenburned breakfast. She stated that it looked substandard and not consumable and gave us a free Jamaican breakfast for the next day. THEN upon checkout, I had given all information and payment to Hotels.com. They had no clue about payment. Then said that I owed them again. Their machine would not work so they wanted to "follow me to a bank to get money." I was made late for my flight due to this and the FINAL STRAW WAS THAT WE WERE MADE TO PAY THE SAME RATE FOR A DOUBLE ROOM from the 1st night AS FOR A PREMIER ROOM. We were told, "the double room has two beds so it costs more than the premier room." Even though the PREMIER room was to face the ocean and have a King size bed. They did all of this as I was checking out & made late for my flight. They told me, "You can make your flight. They only tell you to arrive early just in case, not that you must." At this point, I had less than an hour to get from St. Thomas to Kingston & on a flight to the US bc the internet would not work. A guy came pedaling in to slowly fix the internet. I was still made to pay full PREMIER PRICE for a double. No one ever answers when you call
