I definitely did not get any VIP treatment! Upon checking in, I asked the front desk if there were any upgrades available - he immediately snapped at me and said that they were totally booked. Later on that day, we were trying to take a nap and we heard a television blaring through the wall. I went online to see if they were other rooms and there were tons of other rooms available- including rooms that would be considered upgrades. My husband went down to the front desk and they did move us to another room. This new room is on the first floor, where you could hear sirens all night. They even offered earplugs which led me to believe that they knew that this room was also noisy! They also said that they offer free valet parking. You need to use their valet. There was always a line to get your car and hand your car into the valet. After 11 o’clock at night, you had to park your own car but then in the morning you’re not allowed to retrieve your own car. it was a very annoying system.they need to work on this. Most of the staff was friendly, but I do feel that their inclination was to say no. When I would call down and ask them if they could have our car ready since we had had issues the other times where we had to wait for 15 to 20 minutes, the first instinct was to say that they were not allowed to ask the valet for our car.
