「The hotel was fine, a little far from the centre of Quebec however not a big issue. The one thing to be improve, add coffee to the reception area that guess can pay since their restaurant is not opened early enough. This way we do not have to get dressed to get coffee in the morning. It took 3rd place to get coffee since most places do not open early enough. A communal coffee maker that is payable is a good compromise.」

「Friendly staff even though my room card has been on and off for 3 times. She patiently assisted me to make sure my room card worked again. Highly recommended! Clean room , especially the floor. Even though my kids wore sock and ran around, sock was still white.」

「Excellent property in a great location. The parking recommendations were not helpful without better instruction. It was difficult to find this property on a rainy Saturday evening during the holidays (many pedestrians and closed roads) and better instructions on how to unload our belongings prior to parking in the nearby lot would have been helpful. Otherwise, excellent place and would definitely recommend. 」

「It was perfect. Staff was so kind and helped us with a taxi. Every day they gave us fresh towels without asking. They also had tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and a snack basket for us. The location was also so perfect, right next to the Fairmont Chateau Frontenac. We had a perfect time.」
