「We booked the room for 3 persons. When arrived, we discovered that there were only two sets of bedding, the sofa bed wasn’t ready or set. When asked for one more set, the receptionist said there wasn’t any! After chasing, she gave me at last. Her attitude was not sincere nor helpful. The check in experience was bad! This affected my stay in the hotel a lot!」

「Spacious room, comes with a kitchenette, comfy bed, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast can be improved though. Hot dishes like fried or scrambled eggs can be added. 」
