「Beautiful property, great service. Perfect location walk to everything including all of Old Town. It is located on a pedestrian mall with difficult, so an out of town taxi had trouble finding the location」

「Funny and interest decoration with beautiful pictures. Very nice staff answer any questions. Simple and good breakfast are available. The room is a bit of small but tidy and equipment is enough. It seems convenience and takes 15 minutes from hotel to downtown by tram.」

「Very nice hotel, clean and feels safe. I didn’t give it a five starts because the last day we only had towels for two people instead of three and some of the toiletries were not replaced. Other than that everything was good. 」

「1. One of staff entered my room when I am sleeping for refrigerator beverages supplements, I said NO thanks, but he still came into and opened refrigerator. 2. Too restaurants dinner can be choosen, but no body told me the water is not included in next door restaurant, so I have to pay more about 100 CHF beyond origin 1 parking 2 meals payment. 」

「Bon séjour sauf l organisation du petit absolument bordélique. Le personnel pourtant bon largement débordé. J ai du débarrasser dressé ma table, demander à plusieurs reprise sachets de thé, cuillère, couteau etc.... J ajoute trop de table au même endroit petit déj oppressant gêner par les aller et venu des clients. Tout le reste dans cette hôtel est bon.... Ha si... Enfermé dans le monte charge hôtel qui se confond avec l ascenseur... Très mal indiqué ! 」
