"It was so clean, tidy, and fragrant in my room! The humidifier kept my room cool and it was so nice to have been upgraded with a private shower! Receptionist was also very friendly and super helpful :) I felt very comfortable and relaxed here. Thanks Pension Elisabeth :)"

"The property was excellent and the staff was wonderful! The area is a very small village but its very walkable, and has a quaint vibe about it. The staff was excellent, and though I didnt speak a great deal of German, and they didnt speak a great deal of english, they were very friendly, and even one very nice lady in the mornings was able to teach me some.German. This is a very nice place for a relaxing experience that near a large town, but still out of the way. "

"This may have easily been our favorite stay of our entire European Christmas Market trip. Felt more like home or a bed and breakfast than a hotel. Guesthouse is very appropriate. Walking distance to just about everything and when it wasn't there was great public transportation or Uber. Breakfast was amazing and they even had a honor system for cold drinks. "The hotel is in a remote location which made for a quiet night. There was a restaurant in the hotel but I didn’t know that so we ate in the nearby town. There was lots of free parking. I was surprised to find my room did not have a bathroom, only a sink and that the bathroom was shared. I have not shared a bathroom like that before and thought it was awkward. I figured it was probably my own mistake and as we were leaving first thing in the am, I didn’t say anything about it. The room was small...

"We really enjoyed our stay at arte Hotel Salzburg. The hotel has a modern and stylish vibe, with spacious rooms that were clean, comfortable, and well-designed. We especially loved the large windows and stunning views of the city and surrounding mountains—it really added something special to our stay. The location is super convenient, right next to the main train station and just a short walk or ride to the old town. It was the perfect base for exploring Salzburg. The staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, arte Hotel Salzburg was a great place to stay—modern, comfortable, and in a perfect spot. We’d definitely come back and recommend it to others!"

"The property is in the mid point between train station and historical.town center and within easy walking distance to both. We arrived at noon time and was able to check in. We also got upgraded to a newly refurbished room which looks very new and all interior are very well done with high quality material. It is an enjoyable stay."
