Beautiful hotel. Accommodating staff. Delicious food! Our stay was comfortable and the staff was friendly, courteous and kind.

The property is clean and safe. I stayed there for 3 nights. Loved the breakfast spread. Due to lot of dietary allergies I couldn't eat outside. The chef was really good to accommodate my food allergies for the dinner. Staff is friendly.

It was a terrible experience from start to finish. The front desk didn’t greet us on our arrival or even shared a smile. Davanshi at the front desk lacked basic customer service skills and made check-in an extremely slow process. Our request for 2 of our rooms to be on the same floor and have a King bed wasn’t accomodated. We checked in at 5pm which was 3hours after the given time and second room in our booking wasn’t available and it took 30-40 mins for it to be ready. The counters in the bathroom werent clean, the shower area had black & yellow mould in corners. Breakfast spread wasn’t upto par with a 5 star hotel. They accidentally delivered one extra coffee to our room which was offered to us as compensation for their poor service and 20 mins after delivering it to our room someone came to mention that it was delivered in error and would want it to be returned. The lobby on Sunday was full of guests from a party at the venue (no separate entry for guests of an event) and it felt like a fish market. All in all this is an average property which is not even close to being a 3 star. Avoid!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience my daughter and I had during our stay at Radisson Red, Mohali, from January 18th onwards. As someone who frequently travels and has enjoyed stays at various Radisson properties in the past, I was taken aback by the issues we faced during our visit.
From the very beginning, the service was far below expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the front desk by Ms. Devanshi and Duty Manager Mr. Shenoy, whose demeanor was far from welcoming. Their lack of warmth and professionalism made it seem as though they were reluctant to assist us.
We arrived an hour before the check-in time and were willing to wait for a suitable room. Despite booking a superior room with a king bed, we were informed that the hotel was fully booked and were pressured to accept a twin-bed room instead. After insisting on waiting, we were assigned Room 224, which was in an unacceptable condition. The sheets, bathroom, and trash bin were filthy, which was both unhygienic and repulsive. Later moved to 228.
There the Bathroom sink didn’t work the water would remain in it for a long time. The sheets had small hairs. Towels old. Jet spray didn’t work properly
