「Wonderful stay! We absolutely loved this place. This was our fifth trip to Morocco, we’ve stayed at some great riads, but this was by far our favorite. Looking forward to returning」

「The breakfast and the breakfast area were great. The price was fine. Mr. Abdul was an excellent host. The bed was cold and I think damp. The location was good for us in the old town. Easy to find etc. It was nice to stay in an authentic riad」

「I only stayed one night but the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The riad was beautiful inside and so was the room. Sheets and bedding covers may need renewals as there were markings of old stains. I was not in doubt that it was clean though and it wouldn’t abstain me from visiting again. The breakfast was lovely and the view from the roof amazing just by the beach. 」

「Casa Lila is a simply beautiful 300 year old riad, within the walls of the medina, an easy walk to everywhere in Essaouira. The people who work there are warm, lovely and welcoming- they are so helpful, and they love their city. We had a wonderful stay.」

「The rooms are stunning and beautiful with the tile mosaics and artwork along with the rooftop for sunset and dinner! We were lucky to enjoy live entertainment while having a delicious dinner by the tiled wall overlooking the ocean. Also enjoyed an included breakfast with amazing service. 「Beautiful lodge surroundings but limited dining options which were happily overcome by the charming and extremely helpful staff. I'd recommend staying here only if you're looking for stillness and tranquility as it's a very off the beaten path location that's at least 20 mins from the city centre of Essaouira which is very charming but quiet too.」
