The hotel itself is very attractive, modern and well appointed. The room was comfortable. The downside was that it was not well prepared before our stay. The body wash and conditioner canisters were completely empty. Sadly, I did not realize this until I was actually in the shower. So I had to get out and get the tiny bar of hand soap to use. I then called to the front desk and advised them of this and was asked if I could wait until the next day to have them refilled! I told the lady that we needed showers that night and someone would need to come up and refill them. A few minutes later a guy came to the room to refill them. He walked all over the bathmat with his dirty shoes and did not offer to replace it. He was not going to check the dispensers and so I asked him twice to do so after he changed them out. Reluctantly, he did and found that the conditioner bottle still did not work. If I had not insisted that he check them, we still would have had none. The next problem was the lack of toilet paper. There were 2 half rolls in the room when we checked in and the following morning we were out. I informed the desk clerk who said that they only clean rooms every other day, but she would give me a new roll. I told her that if that was the case, they should make sure the rooms are well prepared before new guests check in. She seemed uninterested. For the price of the room, I was disappointed that it was not properly prepared prior to our check in.
