「The apartment is at a great location. We stayed for 3 nights (from Friday night to Monday morning). We got apartment that we did not select, and unfortunately, the ac in it did not work. Belgrade had a heat wave that particular weekend and the inside temperature was over 91F. The property does not have a 24h front desk, as stated in the property description, and the communication with the management was challenging. We reported the ac issue to the lady we saw at the front desk on Saturday...

「The hotel is a bit difficult to find. All the furniture and amenities are new - it looks marvelous. The bed is very comfortable. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. My only issue was the discrepancies between the information in the app and in the reality. Namely, there is no free parking (for now, they said), so it's a bit complicated to find a parking spot sometimes.
