This was a terrible experience in the property.
The check in experience is really bad. You have to use your phone to submit photos of your ID, take pictures of yourself, but the tools work poorly in accessing your phone camera. Many retries, takes a long time.
When we got to the property we were assigned a room code. The code did not work reliably to get into the room. We had to wait, locked out of our room, for a half hour on a maintenance staff member to come let us into our room late at night. We were treated like morons on the phone, unable to get into our room, until they team member showed up to help us out and realized the door didn’t work properly.
Customer service is god damn awful. Disinterested, poor knowledge of the property, and generally treated us when getting support like we were the problem - until it was discovered they were the problem.
The room had left over lip stick on the floor from the previous occupant.
Good idea. Bad execution on technology. Bad execution on support. Stay somewhere else. Spend the money on a place that will treat you well and support you properly.
