Property is on a great location right off the highway. Entrance smelled great as well but that’s were the train stops. First they advertise a rate on apps but then charge you a more expensive rate because the app doesn’t include local and state taxes even though the quote they gave me included taxes. No Wi-Fi password was given. I had to figure it out on my own. They also up charge if you want faster internet. Beds didn’t have a box spring just a mattress that almost felt like you were sleeping on the floor. Even if this was a handicap accesible room, I can only imagine how much of a hard time someone would have getting up from the bed. No coffee maker is included in the room. All hotels offer this, even those cheap motel 6/super 8 types but not here. They will gladly rent you some kitchen appliances though. We asked the front desk for new towels but they wanted us to go back to our rooms so that we can bring down our dirty towels before they can give us new towels. Who does that? They only give you two towels and two face towels and that’s it. No swimming pool. No breakfast. No Do Not Disturb sign. Housekeeping supposedly comes twice a week to clean but they don’t tell you when those days are. Place only has like 3 floors but elevators take forever to go up and down and to open and close. Every time we went out there was someone complaining about something in the front desk and even when we checked out the front desk shutter was half way down and no one there in sight. ⭐️⭐️
