「This was my second stay at Loans, very nice Hotel, restaurant has been recently refurbished to very high standard. If i had to find a negative it would be the breakfast chefs attempt at Eggs Benedict/Loans, it was terrible and let everything else down, however i would still go back. 「Communication from Nick was 1st class, very good customer service. Have stayed a few times now. The studio i was in this time, waa clean and well presented. The only issues was the floor was creaky going to the en suite. Also the firestick didn't have any sound which it did in the other studio.
