「Lack of staff at reception for check-in. I checked in and being asked to obtain a credit card, when I am getting in, someone come to ask to solve a problem. I have been waiting patiently for few mins but not solved yet. And I drive the car out to wander around the site for another 20 mins and return. The staff is still talking to that person to solve the problem. I don’t want to be rude but I spent more than enough time in waiting for someone to cut me out and finish the check in finally at 8pm....

「Was noisey and there was a mix up to what room i was in. 3rd time lucky to find my room. On leaving i noticed the mattress had blood on it and was very dirty. That was the worst mattress i had ever seen and was shocked. Wouldnt stay there again. 」
