When I got there to check in, I had to wait, along with another customer, for almost 10 minutes for an employee to come to the front counter so we could check in. I even called the "manager's" number that was on the business card at the front desk and didn't get an answer. Then the morning I checked out, I got off the elevator and was greeted by a dog (and it's owners). I asked the girl when I checked out "are ya'll not very strict with the no pet policy or something?" and when I told her I saw a dog in there earlier, she said "oh, maybe it was a service dog?" It was clearly not a service dog. Just someone's pet. I chose this hotel specifically because of the NO PET policy.
Other than that the hotel was perfect for our needs. Room was clean, (the towels were kinda worn out but they were clean) the rest of the hotel inside and out seemed clean and not noisy.
I'd stay there again, but I'd like to be greeted by an actual employee and not an empty front desk and definitely would love to NOT see any animals in the building
