「limited hotel services, much like basic business hotel, tooo bad that the lift to car park was not in service during my stay, I need to walked through stairs with my working stick (I have some problems with my legs)」

「住宿地點處在鬧區的巷子內，人煙較少但還算方便，入住時要走到另一個巷子去找櫃台，不太方便。房間很大很精美非常棒的空間!但入住時須支付200英鎊的訂金，不知道何時會退還，這點令我有點擔憂。其他方面都很完美。」

「Parking at the local q-park went well (but was expensive). Hotel check-in went really well and room was cosy and comfortable. Good location and walking distance into the city centre.」

「One night stay for a gig in Leeds, the lady on reception was the most welcoming of any staff I’ve ever come across in properties I’ve stayed at . The place was nice and quiet and well presented. It done exactly what was required, the only negative I would say was that the room was very cold and the heater only stopped on for a short period of time but that also could have been myself not knowing how to work it correctly. 「Staff went above and beyond to accommodate 1 child who is 5 year old , and has autism. They gave us a upgraded room, so it was quiet. Staff were so pleasant to speak with and service was fast. The manager was like all staff very polite, and helpful. Our child screams constantly due to Autism, and staff were patient and helped all the time Definitely recommend for families. I am SM stayed room 602 in 4th till 5th Jan 2025 」
