「This hotel was amazing. The property was very clean, nice aromatherapy in the building. The staff was very helpful with everything! In every area of the hotel the staff was knowledgeable and very kind. Restaurant was very good and the drinks were better. The area is very walkable. 「Overall great stay. All of the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable (don’t say that often for hotels). Majority of the things are within a short walk from the hotel. Plenty of dining options near by. If you decide to drive or have rental car, you won’t have to worry about paying for parking or finding a spot as there’s plenty available. 」

「Two telephones in the room are both out of use. We lost the connection with the front desk. Self parking is almost impossible. Valet parking is too expensive $60 per day. The answers of same question from two stuff are deferent. I do not know how to do. 😓」

「A big convention hotel with a pool and a gym. Housekeeping did not make up my room when i went out from 8 to 2:30p. Had to call Housekeeping. Even then, they missed replenishing a face towel. There is no bathrobe in the room. Front desk staffs were exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was given coupons to Starbucks snd M.J.O'CONNORS, which i used and were very nice. Not a bad hotel to stay.」
