This experience was interesting to say the least. First of all, I was traveling for work (something they pride themselves on accommodating!) and had some equipment shipped to the hotel prior to my stay, as I do for every single work trip I take. When I arrived, I was told several different things: 1) that is wasn't there (i.e. wasn't in the mail locker for hotel guests), 2) that they do not accept packages for hotel guests, and 3) most condescendingly, by a manger (?) that my package had simply not arrived yet because "that's how things work around here", even though FedEx marked it as delivered two days prior. After much back and forth, including having the hotel disagree with FedEx explaining that the delivery driver had confirmed the coordinates where the package was left in a locker and that if it had been rejected, as the hotel claimed, it would have been scanned back into the system and marked as returned to sender, I gave up.
I have a long list of other complaints but limited characters, so I'll just add here that the rooms were dirty, the hot tub wasn't hot, they don't allow food deliver for hotel guests, the bar was closed, and THERE IS NO HOUSEKEEPING, unless you want to pay $150.
Do yourself a favor and pay a bit more for a better experience at a similar property a couple blocks over at the Elser. Or just find a Motel 6, you'll be better off.
