After a long and exhausting flight, we were made to wait over an hour to check in. When it was finally our turn, we were completely dismissed and ignored by front desk staff despite standing right in front of their faces. This lack of service and blatant disregard for our time and patience was unacceptable and left us feeling deeply frustrated and disrespected.
As a result of this experience, we chose to leave the property. While waiting for over an hour to check in, we contacted Experian to document the issue and inform them of the situation. Given that the team failed to provide the level of service expected and outlined in the agreement, l requested a full refund for our booking which Expedia claimed the hotel agreed to. However, no updates on this whatsoever after 3 days already passed.
