The receptionist was rude and was giving us a hard time to check in. When we tried asking questions she was rude and there wasn’t anyone else in the lobby waiting to be checked in for her to be so short with us. The beds are uncomfortable. The rooms don’t seem like they’re clean. Our main blanket had a hole like someone had burned out their cigarette on it. The shower didn’t seem clean. The floors were dirty and sticky. We got two rooms and I would never have my family stay there ever again.

No air conditioning!! Open windows did provide adequate air flow and the noise at night was not worth having them open. The did provide a fan that at least was a little help. But the heat was very uncomfortable. The biggest problem was the bed bugs! Only one of the beds had them but it has been a mess since getting home. And still recovering from the bites. BEWARE!

My family and I got there and they did not have the room I originally booked. They were trying to accommodate us in two separate rooms. When they showed us the room the bed comforter had cigarette burns, and the pillows were super dirty. The rooms smelled bad. We ended up not staying we left.
