「This is a superb hotel situated in the beautiful Gendarmenmarkt. We used the S Bahn to get out to the Olympic Stadium and Airport but other than that we walked everywhere. The hotel is beautifully presented (we loved the Prussian Blue theme!) and our fifth floor room had a lovely balcony and one of the best hotel showers we've ever come across! The staff were extrmemely helpful and polite. 」

「This is really a hotel I would highly recommend, especially when arriving after a long trip. The hotel's front desk staff were very kind and friendly and offered towels to wipe, which was really touching. The breakfast has many kinds and is very exquisite and delicious. The hotel manager will take good care of our needs. The room was as clean as new and the sheets were ironed and flat.The location is close to the station exit so it is very convenient.」

「This property was amazing! It’s a hidden gem. The little things they do are top notch. They had 2 duvets on the bed so each had your own. They had face clothes. The room was totally decorated and spotless. The cleaned daily. The had homemade cookies at the reception desk that were so good. We dropped out bags early and they moved our bags to our room. Loved this place!」

"地理位置非常好, 就在Mendelssohn Bartholdy Park station附近, 距離Potsdamer Platz不遠 reception非常有禮貌, 笑容親切, 是我在柏林唯一見過笑容這樣好的人有一小插曲. 因為我們訂的是一張雙人床, 加一張sofa bed. 但我們發現sofa bed沒有打開. 我們於是跟reception反映, 他們非常快速地就有人員上來幫我們整理, 非常有效率"

"靠近柏林車站，交通、購物便利。浴室淋浴花灑水溫會忽冷忽熱，水壓不足。枕頭只提供一個且太軟太薄，蓋被不夠柔軟，睡覺不舒適。"

A bit Overrated.

The breakfast was very good. Staff is good (especially Lorena at the check out desk). I wrote a check in bad experience and they immediate response and sent me a bottle of wine for apology. Very responsive. "
