The hotel is quite comfortable and is very convenient located near Southern Cross Station. However, one bad service ruined this hotel's reputation:
When I checked in, I requested to have another room key and was charged AUS150 on my HK credit card for deposit. I did not realize that the hotel staff did charge me the AUS150 deposit although I have already returned the key while checking out.
I wrote to the hotel staff and requested for a refund and was upset that it took a long time for them to process my request. The worst part is that I have reminded them multiple times that they have to aware the as my credit card bill is settled in HKD, they have to make sure that I won't suffer loss (because of the exchange rate difference) for the mistake they have made.
Then I received my credit bill and found the AUD150 refund was made. Nonetheless, as the exchange rate of UAD dropped, I suffered a HKD50 loss. And by the way, the staff of this hotel, who responded to my email, are rather impolite. And they have yet apologize for the mistake they have made. And I am very disappointed.
