The stairs to access the property are tall and narrow, so I wouldn’t recommend this property to disabled/older renters. The hot water seemed to run out after the third person got in. The hot water heater may need to be converted to a tankless system due to space restrictions to ensure there is always hot water.」

「I can't say enough about the Gardens at Mile High Ranch. Henry & Rick (owners) were absolutely THE BEST HOSTS!! From beginning to end they were amazing. We were there to celebrate our daughters 14th birthday. Even weeks before our trip they were attentive & responsive. When we arrived we were greeted right away by Henry! Henry is amazing. It was quiet and they have a great little cafe behind the office that had wonderful breakfast food and coffee to start the day. The unit itself was clean and the complementary coffee K cups were a bonus.
