「We had the best experience. We had just had a baby at the Birth Center of Bloomington-Normal and needed to check-in to a hotel. We booked the hotel and then showed up at 7am to check-in. The staff was so kind and accommodating. The room we booked was not available yet so they upgraded us to a different room. No free continental breakfast, the shower had dried boogers and old soap close to the shower head, only 3 towels and not very clean room. 「My husband and I stopped here to sleep on our road trip. The price was really good. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The layout was different to get to the room. 「Easy check in, nice decor, room was spacious, bathroom was nice, though there was a crack in the shower insert that should be replaced as mold would set in. Other than that, shower was nice, hot water plentiful. Tv easy to use. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. However, we were there at 7:15 and the coffee wasn’t ready! Breakfast started at 6. Way too late, was ready when I was halfway through eating. 」
