「Mattresses were very lumpy and uncomfortable. Also quite surprised the hotel does not offer complimentary brewed coffee in the lobby — have never stayed at a hotel that did not offer this. 」

「i was very upset and frustrated because hotels.com did not update the room count—even though The Doubletree sent them a notice after the renovations—so i booked a suite that wasn’t available and got downgraded. I went to the hotel manager first who did their best to make up for this by giving us free breakfast passes, because we made the reservation through a 3rd party. Then i spoke to a Hotels.com agent to see if we could get a partial refund but they said “since it was already resolved” they...
