「J'ai séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Ma chambre était propre, bien agencée et spacieuse. Je suis arrivée à 3h du matin et j'ai reçu un bon service. Il est situé à moins de 5 minutes de marche de restaurants et de magasins. Une crème anti-moustique était fournie. Le seul hic, c'est que quand on les contactent via la messagerie Expedia, ils ne répondent pas. C'est frustrant surtout que je savais que j'allais arriver dans la nuit et que j'avais vraiment besoin de réponse.」

「The property was affordable and convenient for our families needs. Was surprised that there was no shower but managed ok with a bath. It was difficult at first to find the property off the main road as there was no signage. Other than that it was good. 」

「Staff is helpful, room is good and clean. I know we are in Botswana and I don’t expect air conditioner for rooms because electric power is from solar panel. I hope hotel can keep in mind one very important thing: don’t supply spaghetti made of yuca, for many people including us, this yuca will cause severe food allergy, which lasted for two days. 」

「Check in was really messy. We arrived a bit early, but they used around 15min just to find our bookings, then they used another 10min to find out if some rooms where ready, in the end we just left to go for lunch another place to give them time to sort out some rooms. When we came back 1h45min later they had still not found us some rooms. Took another 20mins for them to check us in! By which time we had just 10mins for the 3 of us to get a shower and go to the airport to do the helicopter trip...

「They canceled our reservation literally at the last minute without any notification whatsoever; leaving us stranded at the Maun Airport. Then the manager refused to give us a refund. Both Expedia and I tried to rectify the situation for over an hour while still at the airport all to no avail. This feels like quite a scam! They took a reservation and almost $300 USD. Canceled the reservation without notice and kept the money!!! Expedia said they couldn’t drop the hotel out of their system unless...

「This was a beautiful hidden Inn, the outside appearance does not do it nearly as much justice as it deserves. The interior was modern, well kept and up to date. The rooms were very comfortable. We had a private lounge, and kitchen which was very handy. Its a great place for families travelling together. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Only issue we had was the water from the taps was a bit yellow so it wasnt safe to drink.」

「Tolle Begrüßung, sehr nettes Personal. Wir haben immer wieder Ratschläge für Ausflüge und Mittag und Abendessen erhalten. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und geräumig. Tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse im ersten Stock auf den Fluss. Wir haben uns die zwei Tage richtig wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hier hinkommen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr ehrlich und zuverlässig.」
