「Abbiamo soggiornato al Golden Fern Resort per due notti, per visitare Shimla. L'hotel si trova fuori dal centro, sulla strada che porta verso la località montana. La posizione è buona ma un po' isolata rispetto ad altri servizi (ristoranti, locali, attrazioni, ecc) che devono essere tutti raggiunti in macchina, traffico permettendo, perché nelle "ore di punta" è abbastanza difficoltoso muoversi sulle strade montane. Lo staff ci ha accolto in maniera impeccabile e si sono sempre occupati di noi...

「The views from the property are incredible. The breakfast is great. The other meals are great. Service is great too. Only two things I did not like: ONE: There was a very low wifi signal in the room and I would not recommend the hotel to anyone who needs to work and as cell phone signals at the property are low too. TWO: The bathroom exhaust did not fundtion. So the smell remained in the bathroom for a LONG time.」

「The resort is located on the hill and has a great view of adjascent hills and valleys.The resort Design is unique and is filled with trees and flowers.The rooms have excellent views of the valley and is quite relaxing. The only drawback of this resort is the prices of food which is prohibitively high and may be big negative for people visiting this place for long holidays.My sinscere advice to the hotel management would be to rethink the food pricing at the resort to make the stays truly...

「I loved the experience. The staff very helpful specially lakshay at front desk. He allowed us to do early check in because they had the room available. I liked the food we ordered. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It’s in main Shimla. Few steps away from Oberoi Cecil. We took the room with valley view and really enjoyed the stay. I love the architecture of the property. The way it’s built is cute and impressive. 」

「I understand that Shimla is a hill station with uneven terrain and narrow roads. Even with this limitation, this hotel has an excellent land area and profile. The hotel must have enjoyed excellent glory in the past. However, this hotel is now unacceptably old and most of the features are worn out. This hotel needs a complete make over before being presented for international standard accommodation. However, we truly appreciate the help, care and concern of the staff and availability of quality...
