「We were woken up at 5am with by a huge cockroach crawling up our childrens curtain divider , when I tried to contact the reception there was no answer. I tried going to the front desk but there was no one on call. I spoke to the head of security that was at the entrance of the hotel but he said there is nothing he can do. 「It's best to check in as early as you can because the pool/spa facilities close quite early before dinner time. We called room service for bath robes. The guy who brought them over claimed that he had knocked the door three times already (which we didn't hear), then he just opened our door and entered our room which was a big shock as we were still getting dressed. We complained but guest service replied that this is standard procedure. Our shower door also couldn't shut fully but we were too...

「We were pleasantly surprised having never stayed at an HI hostel before. Check in was easy, the room was simple but perfect. We loved that the shower, toilet, and sink were all separate so our family bathroom time was more efficient.
