「Marketed as 5 star hotel. But the rooms, services, food is 2 star. The only good thing about this place is the location (by the beach). The rooms are old, the tv 32”, no room service, slow internet, the food horrible. 」

「We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there.
