「We arrived on the 1st day of Chinese New Year. Although it was not yet the time for check in, they upgraded us to a suite room and gave us the room immediately. We appreciated it so much as we were so tired after the very early flight. Location of the hotel is great, only a few minutes walk to the MRT station. This station is just a few stations from those hot tourist spots. 」

「Cold water from taps in bathroom didn’t work. It might happen because of water pressure of cold water resulted in being taken over by hot water. No matter how and even asked the front desk staff to check, only hot water coming out from the taps. And the air conditioner was very noisy, better put on earplugs, However, the hotel staff were very polite. 」
