「Loved the location and having the restaurant/outdoor service right outside. Great to use for glass of wine before going out for evening. Had dinner there first evening as tired from travelling. Wonderful tapas shared as dinner. Staff in both hotel and restaurant (unrelated businesses but restaurant provides food service to hotel as needed) were very friendly, remembered you and always willing to help in any way. 」

「It’s location is in the Santa Cruz old town. It’s walkable distance to all attractions including the palace, bull fighting stadium, Spanish plaza etc. The hotel arranged transportation for our midnight departure. The room is really spacious with free mini bar refills and apples. These treats are really rare these days! 」

「Location not in the centre but perfect if you are driving or don’t want to pay the higher prices. Tram right outside the hotel runs frequently & you are outside the cathedral in less than 10 minutes. Rooms are modern, clean & spacious. No a/c in winter so rooms can be hot - windows do open though.」

「Hotel is blessed with amazing infrastructure (the lift is a highlight!) and it's gorgeous; however, it is dated. Service at the front desk, concierge, and bell desk is superb - definitely 5*, but staff in restaurants, pool, bar were on the opposite. Often forgot orders, took a long time to arrive, or got the order/bill wrong. Real shame about that because the hotel itself has so much potential to offer, and in a perfect location. The garden can also do with some priming too...」

「The apartment is spacious and newly renovated. Everything is clean and there are good facilities, including washing machine, cooking utensils, etc. It is at the heart of the city, so it is convenient to go to the tourist spots. Above all, Alfonso and his colleague are very helpful. He contacted me making arrangements to ensure that I arrived safely. I will definitely stay in this apartment again if I go to Seville next time.」

Hotel with potential to be truly 5*
