「The dealer on the roulette table was rude. The food at port 17 was good but did not look anything like the picture. The property was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Was not impressed with the Starbucks on site they do not honor any Starbucks offers due to being a licensed Starbucks the staff was not friendly at the Starbucks. Steak and shake was a good 24 hr spot to try out . All in all the location was ok even tho they did mess up on my room bookings . 」

Room was nice, loved the big shower but it had chipped tiles on the outside and the toilet paper holder was visibly dirty There was also a large stain on the carpet But it was still nice. The front desk attendant was very nice but some other staff at the customer cashier service was dead inside. Restaurants are good, but the sugar factory is pretty bad. Very salty and the service was ghetto」

「The black lady at key pick-up was very rude & nasty after I told her me and my family had checked in at 1pm and still waiting around for keys at now 4:42pm. I'm totally aware that check in is at 4pm, but the hotel was also aware we got pool passes at 1pm. I did not get a call/text about my room being ready I just decided to go back in office at 6pm after waiting on beach for 5hours for a key.
